Giveaway – Birds on a Wire by Katie Powner

by | Uncategorized | 52 comments

Welcome to the giveaway of Katie Powner’s Birds on a Wire! 🐦 Katie is one of my favorite authors, and she’s a wonderful human being as well. This book comes from her heart as a “mom to the third power,” as she has experienced motherhood as a biological, adoptive, and foster parent. If you’ve ever wanted a story that realistically looks at the journeys of both foster parents and those who are working to get their children back from foster care, this story is for you.

I have two paperback copies of this book to give away! That’s right, there will be two winners! You have double the chance to win.

This giveaway is now closed. Congratulations to the winners!

To enter the giveaway:

  1. Leave a comment on this post. It’s that easy!
  2. You can get a second entry if you mention that you subscribe to my newsletter. If you’re not already a subscriber, you can sign up here. (If the form gives you an error message, don’t worry! It’s finicky sometimes.)

This giveaway is for U.S. mailing addresses only. I will draw the winner on Monday, April 27, using a random number generator.

Here’s the link to the book’s Amazon page if you’d like to check it out there.

We did adopt, then my health went downhill so we were only able to adopt one, but what a joy she brought to our home. She is in her twenties and such a tremendous blessing.❤️ I love this author’s books!

We adopted a child. She lived with us for about six months before she was ours…for about four of those we had no idea if we could adopt or not as her parents still had their rights. I can’t imagine fostering. I subscribed to the newsletter.
